This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 379/34, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The offence relates to commission of theft of cattle by unknown persons. The cattle were being carried on the vehicle of the petitioner, hence, the petitioner is also an accused.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and the vehicle was hired by one Mithilesh Yadav. The petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2017. Considering the entire facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, be released
