Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 22.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10585 of 2017 on merit.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that up-till-now the trial has not been concluded. Heard learned A.P.P. also perused the report of the Sr.S.P., Patna, in which he has assured that he will produce the witnesses on the next date. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
