2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 403 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are the assailants of the deceased, who have assaulted the deceased with a spade.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 11.03.2026.

5. In view of the serious allegation levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
