2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Shahpur Patori P.S. Case No. 781 of 2023 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, 12 named accused persons including the petitioner and 20-25 unknown accused have killed the brother of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.

6. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR and the manner in which brutal murder of brother of the informant has been committed by the petitioner along with named and unnamed co-accused, I am not inclined to grant prearrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
