1. Heard Mr. Raghvendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Nand Kumar, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katihar Nagar P. S. Case No. 383 of 2024, dated 15.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and languishing in jail since 24.03.2025, the FIR has been registered against two co-accused persons, out of them, one Md. Sk. Kamran @ Kamran has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39392 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 Misc. No. 28387 of 2025 and the petitioner has been made accused mainly on the basis of suspicion during the course of investigation. It is further submitted that after the arrest, no incriminating material was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has not been put on test identification parade and against him the investigation has been completed.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel, this court is inclined to grant him the relief of bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Katihar Nagar P. S. Case No. 383 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
