This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 06.04.2017 passed in Special Case No. 187 of 2017 arising out of Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017 by Special Judge (SC/ST), Patna.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the allegations levelled are false and baseless, in fact no such occurrence ever took place. Appellants never indulged in any such activity as alleged to tarnish the image of the informant. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the appellants, the appellants above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge SC/ST, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 187 of 2017 arising out of Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017.

The appeal accordingly stands allowed.
