The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No.103 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 307, 328 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
