The Petitioner seeks bail in A.P.M (Ashok Paper Mill) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the written report. It has been mentioned in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
From the order of the Sessions Judge, it appears that one mobile has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. However, till date, no T.I.P of the alleged mobile has been held.

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 5th, Darbhanga in connection with A.P.M (Ashok Paper Mill) P.S.
