The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.580 of 2014 registered under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation as also the period already undergone, the petitioners, namely, Pankaj Mandal @ Pankaj Kumar and Deepak Mandal are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with
