It has been submitted that the FIR has been lodged against the unknown. From the impugned order it appears that the name of this petitioner emerged from the confessional statement of co-accused Suraj Kumar. Co-accused Ranjit Kumar, has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 11.04.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 12556 of 2017.
