The petitioner has moved the Court for payment of his leave encashment.

Learned counsel for the respondents no. 3, 4 and 5 submits that the petitioner is entitled to such payment. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 4 and 5 to pay the admitted dues, with regard to leave encashment, to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before them.
