JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 27(b)(ii), 22(3),28 and 36 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
It is alleged that from the medicine shop of the petitioner several medicines were seized from the shop of the petitioner when the petitioner was asked to explain, he failed to produce the licence for keeping huge quantity of medicines. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner disowned the shop in question. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26926 of 2015 (2) dt.03-07-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
