The petitioner seeks bail in Kesaria P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016 registered under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

05 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 24.01.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 31⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief
