Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

86 litres of liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.03.2019. Submission is that house of the petitioner is occupied by other family members also.

Considering the facts aforesaid as well as completion of investigation of the case against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
