Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
