Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR of the occurrence of dacoity rather others are named in the FIR. During investigation, the informant stated to the police that the petitioner is also under suspicion.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2020. He has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1237 of 2021(2) dt.19-03-2021 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Arer Police Station Case No.134 of 2019 corresponding to G.R.No.1011 of 2019 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
