JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307 and 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner came to work as cleaner on the truck of the informant but after one day he started demanding extortion of `1,00,000/- or to execute a sale deed with regard to a land but the informant did not get ready for the same when he was being assaulted with iron rod.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 07.04.2014, the complaint was filed on 06.05.2014 which came to be registered as a police case after being transferred under Section 156(3) Cr. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Mahammadpur P.S.
