JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant that his daughter was married with Arvind Sharma @ Pankaj Kumar but after the marriage Arvind Sharma started demanding one motorcycle as further down and for that he used to beat and tortured her and lastly to kill her.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no.2 is the Bhaisur of the deceased. They are separate from the mess and property from the husband of the deceased. They have falsely been implicated in the present
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28285 of 2015 (3) dt.30-09-2015 case.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S.Case No.07 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
