Versus

The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Manish Kumar No-2 For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Ram Chandra Sahni(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-06-2015 Heard Sri Manish Kumar No. 2, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P.

The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2001, registered for the offence under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main accused has already been acquitted during the trial. Be that as it may, since F.I.R. was lodged in the year 2001 and it appears that the petitioner remained absconding, it is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19473 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 not a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The petition stands dismissed.
