Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the fodder house of this petitioner, more than 400 litres of foreign liquor was recovered.

Submission is that the place of recovery is accessible by any one and every one. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2019.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
