Petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. Case No. 24 of of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the informant found lock of his shop broken in the night at about 2:00 am and the door of the shop was opened. The informant has alleged that from his shop, this petitioner was apprehended and from his possession coins of Rs. 1, Rs. 2 and Rs. 5 and few notes of Rs. 5 and 10 were recovered. It is further alleged that about Rs. 5000/- to Rs. 6000/- has been stolen from the shop of the petitioner. From perusal of the seizure list, same allegation does not get any corroboration.

No.20903 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Araria P.S.
