====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 15-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings.

Vide order dated 09.03.2021, the earlier bail application of the petitioner bearing Cr. Misc. No.39671 of 2020 was rejected by this Court as there was specific allegation against the petitioner that he given a Gupti blow in the stomach of the victim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed against the petitioner and there is no chance of early hearing of the petitioner's case in near future. Learned counsel for the informant submits that three witnesses have been examined in the present case and the trial is

Considering the submission of the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Siswan (Chainpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.166 of 2019 arising out of Sessions Trial No.38 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Siwan.
