JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Six bottles of Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner no. 2. So far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, he happens to be the land lord of petitioner no. 2 and it is alleged that it was petitioner no. 1, who supplied the seized liquor to the petitioner no. 2 for sale. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S.Case No. 317 of 2016.
