Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Guthni PS Case No.180 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner assaulted over the head of one Pradeep Singh by spade when he came to rescue the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are aganates and land dispute exists in between them, there is case and counter case, there is no allegation of repetition of blow, the petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2018 and he has no

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Sandeep Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Guthni PS Case No.180 of 2017.
