The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 3649C of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband.

It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with honour and dignity.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged provisionally on bail for four weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1801 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 3649C of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and the court below shall take all efforts for reconciliation, if the dispute is resolved the court below shall confirm the provisional bail and if the dispute is not resolve the court below shall pass order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
