The petitioner is accused in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016, registered under Sections 399, 402, 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b) and 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot, rather the name of the petitioner was disclosed by Manjesh Yadav, who was apprehended by the Police on the spot thereafter, the petitioner remanded in this case from Pasraha P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016 as detailed in para 3 of the petition. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.20156. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Case No. 118 of 2016.
