JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 243 of 2013 dated 19.08.2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

A burglary was committed in the shop of the informant and the miscreants are alleged to have taken away the mobile telephone, computer monitor and hard disk. The F.I.R has been registered against unknown and the petitioner has been sought to be prosecuted in this case on the basis of suspicion.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 15.02.2018. The petitioner does not have criminal antecedent.

Case No. 243 of 2013.
