JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 23-11-2016 The petitioner claims in the present public interest writ petition that the cause lists of the cases which are pending before all courts and Tribunals should be made available on line. We find that such omnibus direction cannot be granted. As far as Civil Courts are concerned, cause list has already been made available on website, whereas cause list of Consumer Forums and some other Tribunals is also available on website. It is ongoing process and all the tribunals and authorities are making attempts to create website to make them user friendly.
