The petitioner namely Phulmanti Devi is in custody since 24.06.2016 in Digha P.S. Case No.159 of 2016 under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. According to the prosecution case, 10 liters of mahua liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In view of the fact that the petitioner is a lady and is in custody since 24.06.2016, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
