The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barhat P.S.Case No. 3 of 2015 registered under Sections 147,148,149,121(A), 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, 3,4 and 5 of Explosive Substance Act and 16,18,20,21, 22 of the U.A.P.Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been named in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. He further submits that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner when the petitioner was apprehended at the place of occurrence.
