Petitioner seeks bail in Halsi P.S. Case No.105 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 365, 364/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation on the ground that he stayed for one night in the house of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38512 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No.105 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
