This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mufassil P.S. Case No. 260 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 353, 332, 337, 338, 427 and 283 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 41 and 45 of the B.P.E. Act. Subsequently, section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 has been added. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioners of assaulting the police party and being involved in liquor smuggling, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
