2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case , allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault by iron rod. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
