Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No.19 of 2021 registered under Section 302 I.P.C. and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.01.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.35318 of 2021 (Annexure 3).
