1. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect (s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks on resumption of physical mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
3. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 57 of 2020 dated 11.5.2020 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 147, 447, 342, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. As per the prosecution case, the informant has alleged that when he arrived at the gate of his old home, all the

No.43961 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/3 accused persons attacked the informant and his father and it is alleged that the petitioner No.1 assaulted the father of the informant with an iron rod causing injury on his neck and the petitioner No.2 also assaulted the father of the informant with an iron rod on his head causing injury to him.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to local village politics. Nothing incriminating material have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. There is land dispute between the parties. The petitioners have clean antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 19.12.2022.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Begusarai in connection with Nowkothi P.S. Case No. 57 of 2020.
