In pursuance of order dated 06.09.2016, the Deputy Development Commissioner (D.D.C.), Rohtas at Sasaram as well as District Development Officer, District Board, Rohtas at Sasaram have their physical appearance along with show-cause containing different Annexures. From Annexure-A, it is apparent that order impugned has already been complied with though belatedly. It has also been submitted by the learned counsel representing O.P. Nos.1 and 2 that since after passing of the order impugned, there has not been an exercise for appointment of Class-III Post and so, the case of the petitioner could not be taken up.

Petitioner is non-represented.
