The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No. 186 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

26 liters of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 09.04.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one month.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 8th Additional Sessions
