Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.1524 of 2021(3) dt.29-10-2021 2/3 It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and started looting the ornaments and other articles and when protest was raised, the accused persons assaulted the family members of the informant. It is alleged against this petitioner that he assaulted with farsa on the head on the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner and the informant are next door neighbours and for a petty dispute, this false case has been registered against the petitioner. The injuries sustained by the informant has been found to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on

No.1524 of 2021(3) dt.29-10-2021 3/3 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vth, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 287 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
