2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner and co-accused Vikas Kumar assaulted informant in drunken state.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. As a matter of fact, petitioner is a labour and his wages was due with informant, and when he demanded his dues, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Injury caused by the petitioner is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
