JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 28.07.2010 passed in Appeal No.157/09 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

The petitioner will be at liberty to make a separate application before the State Appellate Authority during the pendency of the appeal within a period of ten days from the date of filing of the appeal and the same shall be disposed of within a period of twenty days from the date of filing of such application. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
