JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "A A certiorary for setting-aside the order dated 27.8.2008 (Annexure-13) passed by Block Development Officer, Andhrathadhi, (Respondent No.4) in Case No. 2 of 2008, whereby and whereunder Headmaster was directed to make payment of Salary/fixed Salary to Sanobar Bano (Respondent No. 10), when her appointment to the post of Shiksha Mitra for third time was not renewed and she has not engaged classes after completion of sanctioned term to the post of Shiksha Mitra.

B. A Mandamus commanding the respondents to make any payment of Salary/fixed Salary of Sanobar Bano (Respondent No. 10 as she no longer remained in service to the post of Shiksha Mitra after completion of Second term and further the excess amount paid to her be

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
