The petitioner prays for extension of time of surrender. Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 16.05.2014 but eh petitioner did not surrender in the court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he fell ill and therefore, he could not inform the petitioner to surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. It is of course laches on the part of the petitioner but since the learned counsel for the petitioner has himself taken responsibility that on the ground of illness he could not inform the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within two weeks The time of surrendering the petitioner is extended for two weeks from today.
