JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 12-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

Petitioner along with Ajay Chauhan @ Bhondu were apprehended and, during course of search from the possession of Ajay Chauhan @ Bhondu, one country made loaded pistol, mobile etc. were seized while from the possession of petitioner, two live cartridges and instrument for breaking locks were seized. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 11.08.2016 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Pappu Chauhan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sandeep Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Siwan in Siswan PS Case No. 112/16.
