The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 322 of 2017 arising out of Falka P.S. Case No. 153 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 363, 365, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that the husband of the informant went missing and subsequently the decomposed dead body of the husband of the informant was recovered from the land of one Deepak Mandal. The petitioner herein is said to have been dragged in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and no material whatsoever has transpired during the course of the investigation so as to

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Katihar, in connection with S.T. No. 322 of 2017 arising out of Falka P.S. Case No. 153 of 2017. It is directed that the petitioner shall appear before learned Sessions Judge, Katihar, in connection with S.T. No. 322 of 2017 arising out of Falka P.S. Case No. 153 of 2017 on each and every date fixed by the Court and in default thereof, the bail bond of the petitioner shall stand cancelled automatically.
