Petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No.143 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that 15 litres country made liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37007 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the 9th Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, East Champarn at Motihari, in connection with Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S.
