25.600 ltrs. countrymade wine was seized from conscious possession of the petitioner while it was being transported over a motorbike. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 17.10.2016 having no criminal antecedent as per para 3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner Nagendra Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.K. Mishra, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Siwan in connection with Andar P.S. case no. 122 of 2016.
