Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that occurrence tool place due to quarrel between the child of informant and petitioner. The injury has been found to be simple in nature.
