JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case has been lodged under the Arms Act but the first information report reflects that no firearm was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Having more or less similar allegation one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S.Case No. 89 of 2016.
