This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to delete the description of land bearing Khata No. 426, Plot No. 119,129,152,157, 155, 188, 189 and 190 situated at Mauza Birpur, Anchal Basantpur, P.S.- Birpur, DistrictSupaul from the 'Rok Suchi' and sale deed executed by petitioner in favour of private respondent or any others with respect to part of the aforesaid land may be registered forthwith.

3. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of this writ petition with

Patna High Court CWJC No.9431 of 2023(6) dt.01-02-2024 2/2 direction to learned Collector, Supaul to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 16.03.2022 (Annexure - 8 to the writ petition).

4. In view of limited prayer made on behalf of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent i.e. Respondent no. 3/Collector, Supaul to consider the representations filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

5. With aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
