The petitioners seek bail in Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. The police forcibly took the confessional statement from the petitioners. But except confessional statement, there is nothing to show the involvement of the petitioners. One hat is said to have been recovered from the place of occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the petitioners are in jail since 09.02.2017, the above named petitioners are directed to
